- IF A SHIPMENT IS REFUSED THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF FREIGHT.
Our Ordering Process is very detailed and we put a lot of effort into making sure you get the exact sign that you want. If the sign you receive does not exactly meet your expectations, please notify us at service@NeonDirect.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping is via USPS / UPS / and FedEx.
Delivery timeframe is 5-7 days on in-stock items and 20 days for custom items.

No refunds/no exchanges/all sales are final. Neon Direct will not accept neon signs for warranty/services unless packed in Neon Direct approved original packaging. End user should save original packing material for the duration of the warranty incase service becomes necessary. The replacement box cost is $60-$80.
Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.
Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Neon Direct.
You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that Neon Direct will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
All custom signs carry a 1 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service Department at service@NeonDirect.com providing photos of the issue and shipping the product back to our factory upon approval. The customer will bear the cost of shipping one way, back to our factory for repairs. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In that case, all shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 8-10 business days for the return of your repaired product.

In the event the sign requires maintenance – Neon Direct will provide the required parts and customers are responsible for replacing them and transportation from the factory/warehouse to customer.
Stock Clocks, and Sculptures
All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact Customer Service at service@NeonDirect.com within 48 hours. Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty.
Manufacturers Limited Warranty: All Stock Clocks, Picture Frames and Sculptures carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase. We will repair these neon products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge. Warranty does not include breakage. Product must be shipped back for repair in original packing. Shipping charges for all returns fall into the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. It does not include breakage or dicoloration of the neon tube.
